Online Booking Terms and Conditions
1. Contracting Party
By placing an Order, you enter into a legally binding contract with TYRE’D OUT 24/7 MOBILE TYRES Ltd, based in Cambridge and surrounding areas.

3. Order Acceptance (Online Ordering)
Acceptance of your Order occurs when we send an email confirming the acceptance. At this point, a contract is formed between you and us.
If we cannot accept your Order due to stock issues or other unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you and not charge you.
We reserve the right to refuse an Order, especially in cases of suspected fraud.
4. Movement of Online Bookings
Appointments can be rescheduled with at least one clear working day’s notice. For example, appointments for Thursday can be rescheduled by midnight on Tuesday.
5. Locale
Products and Services are available only to residents or individuals in the United Kingdom.
6. Products
Products may differ slightly from their images on our website. Ensure you verify the correct tyre specifications for your vehicle before placing your Order.
7. Specification of Products and Services
All Products will meet the specifications provided and will be of satisfactory quality. We may modify the specification to comply with laws without reducing quality or performance.
8. Price
Prices for Products and Services are verified during the Order process. We reserve the right to amend prices before confirming the contract.
9. Quotations
Quotations are valid for seven days unless stated otherwise. Additional work will only be undertaken with your agreement, and a new quotation will be provided.
10. Payment
Payment is due at the time of Order for online orders. For in-store payments, payment is due upon completion of work.
11. Ownership of Products
Products remain our property until paid for in full.
12. Removal of Parts
Removed parts will be disposed of in accordance with environmental regulations. A fee may apply for disposal.
13. Suspension of Work
If work is delayed or suspended due to your actions, we reserve the right to charge additional fees to cover costs.
14. Liability for Damage to Products
You are responsible for any loss or damage to the Products once they have been supplied, unless the damage is caused by us.
15. Liability for Structural Defects
We are not liable for damage caused by structural defects in your vehicle unless it’s due to a breach of our obligations.
16. Our Responsibility for Death or Personal Injury
We accept full responsibility for any death or personal injury caused by our negligence or breach of contract.
17. Our Other Responsibilities to You
We are responsible for any loss directly caused by our breach of obligations, but we are not liable for indirect damages or losses not foreseeable at the time of the Order.
18. Complaints
For any complaints, please contact our Customer Service department. If unresolved, we will inform you of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Scheme we participate in.
19. Allowing Us the Opportunity to Put Things Right
If you experience loss or damage, you must give us the opportunity to rectify the issue.
20. Termination Due to Delay
You have the right to terminate your contract if we fail to complete the Products and Services within a reasonable time.
21. Contract Termination
This contract will terminate 12 months from the Order date unless terminated earlier according to these terms.
22. How to End Your Contract
To terminate your contract, contact us via phone or email, providing details of your Order.
23. Cancellations and Refunds
You have a “cooling-off” period of up to 14 days after the Order acceptance to cancel the contract. If work has begun, you may lose your right to cancel. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method.
24. Trademarks
All trademarks on the website are the property of TYRE’D OUT 24/7 MOBILE TYRES Ltd or respective owners. They should not be copied without prior written permission.
25. Data Protection
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You can review our Privacy Policy on our website.
26. Third Party Rights
Only you and we are entitled to enforce this contract. Third parties cannot enforce any terms unless otherwise stated.
27. Severance
If any part of this contract is deemed illegal by a court, the remaining terms will remain in force.
28. Assignment
We may assign or subcontract our rights and obligations under this contract but will ensure this does not prejudice your rights.
29. Variations to these Terms & Conditions
Any changes to these Terms will be valid only if agreed in writing between both parties.
30. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with any referenced documents, constitute the entire agreement between you and us, superseding all prior agreements.
31. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by English law. Legal proceedings can be brought in the English courts, or in Scottish or Northern Irish courts, depending on your location.
